Should we do away with the court system

24 Feb

I would love to take my children to the beach of Disney World in Florida, but it’s not happening.  I can’t support a state that makes is legal to kill someone just because you have decided that you are a threat.

We have laws in these United States in every state against murder, manslaughter, planning and threatening to kill someone, and other laws that protect us from being killed.  The stand your ground law presupposes that we have a right to kill someone if we perceive a bodily threat against us.  In other words the legislature of Florida has crossed the line from legislation against murder to the judicial side of law that bypasses the jury and in some cases the judge.

In other words if someone makes a decision that they are afraid for their life, whether or not the threat actually exists, they can take someone’s life.

In Texas the education system is changing history if they don’t agree with it.

In Colorado they legalized pot even though it goes against federal law.  I don’t disagree with the idea, but if the feds do not enforce the federal law there is a precedent that should not be.  We have enough of those.

I am a state’s rights guy.  I believe the only hope of our nations is state’s rights.  However, if the states and the federal legislature continue to write laws that try to micromanage the citizens of the United States we might as well throw the Constitution of the United States away. You cannot decide intent or action until you know the circumstances.  That is what courts are for.

Dinars could be God’s tool

Dinars could be God’s tool

I am what is called a Dinarian.  This means that I have purchased dinars at a very good price that is still available even now.  My bet is that they Iraqi dinar will revalue to a much high value once the United States gets out of the way.

The information that I have is that Forex, they international money exchange platform, is still showing the dinar against the US dollar about 1133 IQD = 1 USD.  Iraq was in bankruptcy until last year, but has been taken out of bankruptcy by the UN.

Iraq has an enormous amount of oil just discovered in addition to what it already has.  It is estimated that Iraq’s dinar is worth at least 3.44 per one dollar which is close to Kuwait’s dinar value according to the IMF.

We Dinarians have been waiting from some time to exchange our dinars for around 3.44 per dollar.  As usual the politicians and bankers have figured out a way to hypothecate the value of the dinar to a much high figure.  As a result the bankers and politicians have been exchanging the dinars purportedly at a figure closer to 20 dollars or more.

My suggestion to you is to buy the dinar on the market.  Buy as much as you can and wait.  You will most probably not lose money.  You will most probably make a lot of money.

I suggest this especially to the people that have suffered due to the efforts of the congress and the bankers manipulating our economy against our best interest.  This means that if you bought a million dinars for the present price from legitimate licensed dealers you could spend $1040 or so dollars against what could possibly become 3.5 million dollars.

I want people like me that have suffered throughout this time of victimization from the banks and our own government. I hope every American tat can will invest and use that money for the good of themselves and the greater good of the country.  Something has to happen or we will lose this great land.  This could be God’s way of helping.

Is it treason to plot to overthrow the Government of the United States?

Is congress clever or dumb

I haven’t blogged for a while because things are so ridiculous now, it’s hard to know what to address. When I was a young man going to high school there were pointless jokes going around like; when I grow up what do you want to be? Answer, peanut butter. Humorous at the time, but there of course was not point.

I view congress like that now. However, it is not humorous. They constantly address deep issues while thinking only fingernail deep. They think that people won’t notice if they simply never have a serious conversation that lets us know that they actually understand the concept of the issue being addressed.

I think they have caucuses on issues off camera and when it is over, they have only had a feel good conversation that only results in talking points that have no real meaning. In those caucuses everyone gets to have an input, but no conclusion has been met. The only thing achieved are bullet points that they can repeat that basically says they are not going to do anything about anything unless it makes money for them or their campaign.

Remember the pointless joke.

Question; what do you think about immigration? Answer; we are not going to do anything the democrats or Obama wants to do.

Question; do we have an obligation to represent the people that voted for us?
Answer; No we have an obligation to represent the people that gave us the most money.

Question: should we raise the minimum wage? Answer: What have they done for us?

A child is asked to do something and it says no. The child is asked why. The answer is always because I don’t want to.

Congress’s version of, “I don’t want to.” is to make dumb statements that may or may not directly impact the problem.

We pay these people money and put them in charge of our country. Doesn’t that scare you? They smile and say I understand your pain, but do they?

Do any of them decide they will go to dinner then have to determine which restaurant they can afford?
Do any of them have to stop what they are doing and look for extra money because their child come home from school and want $35 for a field trip, or you have to buy or make cupcakes for the whole class.
Do they have to make a decision to have steak tonight and remember they have to buy gasoline for the car?

They not only don’t understand your, but they caused most of your pain.

Remember you voted for them or even sadder, you didn’t vote. Only about 50% of the citizens vote. Usually about 50 or 60% of those put the President of the United States and setting members of Congress in office which translates to 25 to 30% of the citizens of the United States determine who runs our country. This fact translates to those sitting in power, we don’t care. Therefore, why should they care?

The real unfortunate thing is that those that are reading this, if any, are members of my choir. We have to get this message out to the people that don’t care, or we will not have this God given union much longer.
