“Where do these injustices originate?”

29 Mar

We begin this injustice blog series by asking the question, “Where do these injustices originate?”

The first question inspires a second question, “Where do these injustices begin?”

First they are the result of laws either made or not make by the politicians.  The injustices or justice of these laws are reflected by the justice system of laws and courts, but they are determined most of the time by the legislature and then tested in the courts.

We basically have a two party system of legislation with sub parties within each one in this country.  We have the Democrats who tend to be more liberal toward social justice; within the Democratic party we have the independents who usually don’t agree with excessive non regulated spending; the Republicans who tend to be more conservative tending toward free ungoverned business; within the Republican party we have Libertarians who would just as soon have no government at all; and also within Republican Party we have the Tea Party who should not be in either party because they tend to be more Theocratic than Democratic.  When one combines the Libertarian and Tea Party together neither party supports the constitution of the United States and the Amendments thereto.

Any time an extreme position begins to take root and controls the people away from the basic beliefs of the people and for the people.  The people eventually overthrow that government, or by some means bring it back to the reality of protecting the public and their basic rights. Throughout the process of uncovering injustice and the causes and cures, we will take them one at a time, and try to make some sense of the problems and cures.

What is the solution?

The answer is VOTE.  Around 50% (on a good day) of the people eligible to vote, actually vote.

This means 24 or 25% of the voters actually control the elections.

The way Barack Obama was elected was that he had the basic democratic vote plus the Black and Hispanic vote.  He was very careful to orchestrate a system that would get him elected two separate times.  I am not saying that he should not have been elected, but his win did not necessarily reflect the will of the people, because half the nation that should have voted, didn’t vote at all.

Here is an interesting thought.  There are more people that understand that we have to pay taxes in order to live in this wonderful country than there are people that don’t want to pay taxes.  These large corporations and very rich citizens that don’t want to pay their fair share of taxes DON’T WANT YOU TO VOTE.

The political clowns that stay in office on Capitol Hill are there because they are not run out of town by the voters.  We put these people in power to do a job.  They have proven beyond a doubt that they are not capable of performing the duties of the job for which they were hired.

We will talk about the way they use the media to stay in power.  This is a very complicated system they are running and blocking movement forward.  It cannot be explained in a few sound bites in the newspapers, television, and certainly not be the radio talk shows.

Stay tuned – we will cover more.  In the mean time go register to VOTE.

It is time to fight injustice

28 Mar

Good morning, it is the 28th of March in the year of our Lord 2014. I decided and posted on Twitter that I was going to just try to work for the rest of my life trying to repair or at least bring to light the injustice constantly happening in these great United States of America.

I hope to soon have the funds to begin to back my conviction which will allow me to hire a staff to help me accomplish my mission.

I bought dinars and by God’s grace I will have more money than normal.  The thing about that is many people will have more money than they normally have.  If we could form a group where many people could contribute a small amount of their newly found wealth, we could form a corporation that would back such a venture.  If we could then find a CEO with his heart and head in the right place, this could be much better than just my opinions and actions.

My belief is that God personally engineered the formation of this country and, through a prayerful group of men, wrote the constitution.  He said through them that we could not sponsor any religion by the government.  It had to be the choice of the people.  That is the way the Christian religion is.  You have to choose to be a Christian.  He is there knocking, but you have to open the door.

I ask God to bless these United States and to keep them under his care by the choice of we the people.  One of the people in our situation formed this hash tag, #wearethepeople to emphasize his point.

Should we do away with the court system

24 Feb

I would love to take my children to the beach of Disney World in Florida, but it’s not happening.  I can’t support a state that makes is legal to kill someone just because you have decided that you are a threat.

We have laws in these United States in every state against murder, manslaughter, planning and threatening to kill someone, and other laws that protect us from being killed.  The stand your ground law presupposes that we have a right to kill someone if we perceive a bodily threat against us.  In other words the legislature of Florida has crossed the line from legislation against murder to the judicial side of law that bypasses the jury and in some cases the judge.

In other words if someone makes a decision that they are afraid for their life, whether or not the threat actually exists, they can take someone’s life.

In Texas the education system is changing history if they don’t agree with it.

In Colorado they legalized pot even though it goes against federal law.  I don’t disagree with the idea, but if the feds do not enforce the federal law there is a precedent that should not be.  We have enough of those.

I am a state’s rights guy.  I believe the only hope of our nations is state’s rights.  However, if the states and the federal legislature continue to write laws that try to micromanage the citizens of the United States we might as well throw the Constitution of the United States away. You cannot decide intent or action until you know the circumstances.  That is what courts are for.

Dinars could be God’s tool

I am what is called a Dinarian.  This means that I have purchased dinars at a very good price that is still available even now.  My bet is that they Iraqi dinar will revalue to a much high value once the United States gets out of the way.

The information that I have is that Forex, they international money exchange platform, is still showing the dinar against the US dollar about 1133 IQD = 1 USD.  Iraq was in bankruptcy until last year, but has been taken out of bankruptcy by the UN.

Iraq has an enormous amount of oil just discovered in addition to what it already has.  It is estimated that Iraq’s dinar is worth at least 3.44 per one dollar which is close to Kuwait’s dinar value according to the IMF.

We Dinarians have been waiting from some time to exchange our dinars for around 3.44 per dollar.  As usual the politicians and bankers have figured out a way to hypothecate the value of the dinar to a much high figure.  As a result the bankers and politicians have been exchanging the dinars purportedly at a figure closer to 20 dollars or more.

My suggestion to you is to buy the dinar on the market.  Buy as much as you can and wait.  You will most probably not lose money.  You will most probably make a lot of money.

I suggest this especially to the people that have suffered due to the efforts of the congress and the bankers manipulating our economy against our best interest.  This means that if you bought a million dinars for the present price from legitimate licensed dealers you could spend $1040 or so dollars against what could possibly become 3.5 million dollars.

I want people like me that have suffered throughout this time of victimization from the banks and our own government. I hope every American tat can will invest and use that money for the good of themselves and the greater good of the country.  Something has to happen or we will lose this great land.  This could be God’s way of helping.

Is congress clever or dumb

8 Feb

I haven’t blogged for a while because things are so ridiculous now, it’s hard to know what to address. When I was a young man going to high school there were pointless jokes going around like; when I grow up what do you want to be? Answer, peanut butter. Humorous at the time, but there of course was not point.

I view congress like that now. However, it is not humorous. They constantly address deep issues while thinking only fingernail deep. They think that people won’t notice if they simply never have a serious conversation that lets us know that they actually understand the concept of the issue being addressed.

I think they have caucuses on issues off camera and when it is over, they have only had a feel good conversation that only results in talking points that have no real meaning. In those caucuses everyone gets to have an input, but no conclusion has been met. The only thing achieved are bullet points that they can repeat that basically says they are not going to do anything about anything unless it makes money for them or their campaign.

Remember the pointless joke.

Question; what do you think about immigration? Answer; we are not going to do anything the democrats or Obama wants to do.

Question; do we have an obligation to represent the people that voted for us?
Answer; No we have an obligation to represent the people that gave us the most money.

Question: should we raise the minimum wage? Answer: What have they done for us?

A child is asked to do something and it says no. The child is asked why. The answer is always because I don’t want to.

Congress’s version of, “I don’t want to.” is to make dumb statements that may or may not directly impact the problem.

We pay these people money and put them in charge of our country. Doesn’t that scare you? They smile and say I understand your pain, but do they?

Do any of them decide they will go to dinner then have to determine which restaurant they can afford?
Do any of them have to stop what they are doing and look for extra money because their child come home from school and want $35 for a field trip, or you have to buy or make cupcakes for the whole class.
Do they have to make a decision to have steak tonight and remember they have to buy gasoline for the car?

They not only don’t understand your, but they caused most of your pain.

Remember you voted for them or even sadder, you didn’t vote. Only about 50% of the citizens vote. Usually about 50 or 60% of those put the President of the United States and setting members of Congress in office which translates to 25 to 30% of the citizens of the United States determine who runs our country. This fact translates to those sitting in power, we don’t care. Therefore, why should they care?

The real unfortunate thing is that those that are reading this, if any, are members of my choir. We have to get this message out to the people that don’t care, or we will not have this God given union much longer.
